ＩＤPW入力のあるＵＲＬへアクセスができないときの対処法

と表示され、ＩＤ入力画面まで行く事が出来ないときの対処法。
【対処法】
コントロールパネルの『インターネットオプション』→『セキュリティ』タブで『レベルのカスタマイズ』をクリックし、おしまいのほうにある『ユーザー認証』のところを確認し、『ユーザー名とパスワードを入力してログオンする』になってなかったらしてみる。
